Arbennig lodges are situated in beautiful countryside, surrounded by some of the best biking trails in North Wales. Just on the doorstep of our lodges is the 4 Village Tour, a trail that goes through the villages of Nercwys, Eryrys, Maeshafn and Graianrhyd and offers some of the best cycling in the beautiful Clwydian Range, an area of outstanding natural beauty. You can leave out certain parts of this route for the less experienced riders, but you will certainly enjoy some wonderful scenery as well as some great pubs and local shops when you need a break. A short drive from Arbennig you can find some great trails for beginners, as well as trails for the more experienced riders at One Planet Adventure, in the beautiful Coed Llandegla Forest. With four main trails for every ability and some great views of the Clwydian Range, they allow you to experience off-road cycling in a safe and enjoyable environment. There is also a visitor centre that can supply you with route maps and information, as well as café for that well-earned cup of coffee and a piece of cake, after you take on one of their trails. They also have a great bike shop on site, that stock a full range of bikes and equipment as well as a team of experienced staff for any advice you need.
